The company is engaged in the electric power generation, transmission and distribution. It was incorporated in January of 2001 and it conducts business from its registered head office located in Ourense, Spain. The company primarily performs the following activities: the operation of generation facilities that produce electric energy, and the operation of transmission systems that convey the electricity from the generation facility to the distribution system. In addition, the company is involved in the operation of distribution systems that convey electric power received from the generation facility or the transmission system to the final consumer. It conducts its business activities in Ourense and serves the general public of the city as well as the surrounding areas.
